This event is to raise money for the Victoria Burn House, a place where families can stay at no charge while loved ones who become burn victims receive treatment at Royal Jubilee Hospital.

This event is being held again in memory of my cousin Colleen Mantei who at age 22 died last year as a result of injuries sustained in a house fire.

If you aren’t able to volunteer please stop by and say hello, buy a hot dog, bid on an auction item or simply listen to some burn survivor stories. You’ll walk away feeling educated about fire safety and proud that you were able to support such a worthy cause!
