Burn House Fundraiser @ Tuscany Thrifty Foods - August 21/2010 Volunteers needed to help at this event!! Help for 1 hour, help for 4 hours or anything in between. People to look after the Dunk Tank, the BBQ, the Silent Auction and ??? If you can help please let either Penny or Larrissa at Tuscany Thrifty Foods know or drop me an email. judi.d@live.com This event is to raise money for the Victoria Burn House, a place where families can stay at no charge while loved ones who become burn victims receive treatment at Royal Jubilee Hospital. This event is being held again in memory of my cousin Colleen Mantei who at age 22 died last year as a result of injuries sustained in a house fire. If you aren't able to volunteer please stop by and say hello, buy a hot dog, bid on an auction item or simply listen to some burn survivor stories. You'll walk away feeling educated about fire safety and proud that you were able to support such a worthy cause!		 22
