Day 3 on the road

Hey everyone sorry it’s been awhile since I have posted anything. Life has been kind of busy, but I have been told that can be a good thing sometimes when you are a burn survivor. Well I’m sitting here in the lobby in a hotel in Boston attending a Burn conference called ABA (American Burn Association). The conference just started today and so far is turning out to be a good one. 

I went out last night with some firefighters and had a great time and was able to meet a few new people and do a bit of networking which is always go.  I think the networking is still a challenge for me but as time goes I will get better.

So news update on me is that I am now doing the speaking fulltime. I was working fulltime and speaking halftime but due to recent cutbacks at my previous employer they decided to give me a seasonal layoff. So now I am really going to focus on making this business work, so if you know of anyone who can benefit from my work please forward my info to them or email me their info at info@jmmspeaking.com.
